Patanjali 5 affirmations
1. ‘The central act of ignorance is false identification’ (6:26)
Proper identification is just energy itself, because energy contains no problems
2. ‘The mind of the truly illumined is calm’ (8:15), because ‘the peace of god in everything although it appears not to be’. Even in the appear of misery and disease. There is a way of living here that is not here - although it seems to be: you do not change appearance though you smile more frequently, your forehead serene, you eyes are quiet - those will recognize you, those have not perceived yet will recognize who you were before
3. Sin is not-existent - there are only obstacles to one’s ultimate union with god. Sin creates shame and guilt, the lower vibrational energy on the scale: 25.
4. ‘The person who is steadfast in his abstention to falsehood has the power to obtain for himself and others the fruits of good deeds without having to perform the deeds themselves’ (13:06).
5. When a person is in his abstention of thoughts of harming others then all the living creatures will cease to feel enmity in his presence (14:18)
