The towel curl (standing) really made me feel the burn and pain. Super Set 1: -Towel Curl (sitting), 10 reps for each leg, use supinate -Diamond Push-up, 10 reps Then, break for 30 secs and repeat for 3-4 times Then, proceed to Super Set 2: -Towel Curl (standing), 10 reps for each leg, use neutral grip -Triceps Expansion, 10 reps

I understand completely you situation, and I empathize a lot, however I must save you some future disappointment by telling you from now that you won't get the results you want from doing "a little bit at home everyday" because "it's better than nothing". There's a lot of factors involved in muscle growth, and while you might get some hypertrophy from doing workouts like the ones showed in the video (which is a shitty work out even for begginers), in 2, maybe 3 months you're gonna have to either increase the number of sets and reps to a very large extent (meaning sets of 50+ push ups, and sets of 1,000+ reps of "towel curls") to get even just a little more hypertrophy -this a very unsustainable plan- or you're gonna have to get into a gym. Sorry, but this is the harsh truth.

Charlie Richards lol my friend is a fruitarian and hes ripped all natural, once your body adapts and its in its natural state itll rebuild muscle without an abundance of protein, protein is truly a myth because my friend debunked it but i have to agree that it took him a few years of working out to get to where he is, but if you did have an abundance of protein youd get to where he is alot quicker but none the less he did it all with fruits
