@sagashima I wrote the lyrics, the song, and I drew da picture. There was additional lyric help from Myst and Acorn, and this is Myst's UTAU and she made the UST
Anyone else notice the same tune from Biohazard when she says "right here and now"? I'm guessing that the two songs are connected, both with themes/ UTAU/ composers for the music
Yeah there's good english vocaloids like Meiko English, CyVa, Gumi Eng, but for a utau Aiko's english is so much better than Miku's, Kaito's, Sonika's, and even Luka's english
xDD My headcanon is that she fainted soon after she saw Akio's body, and now he's a ghost currently and kinda just sticks around, with her being none the wiser... aside from noticing that he doesn't eat anymore and occasionally appears behind her without her hearing him come into the room.
You can make an UTAU that sings in any language whatsoever, so long as you record the proper sounds for it c: I recorded around 600 samples for the English voicebank used here.
@@Anjo39 Modern methods are a lot more efficient, though! This was all CV, and I had no VC samples. 600 samples of VCCV/CVVC, Arpasing or other strung-sound methods get you a looooot further than pure CV used to.

I have seen tons of Vocaloid covers of this, and to see that the original was done with an UTAU really makes me happy! ! I'm trying to use and create some UTAUs myself, and all the covers are kind of....dissappointing, I guess? So seeing such wonderful (and popular! ) originals gives me an indirect boost of confidence
@@raviolinoob4435 Oh wow, I forgot I left this comment! I never did actually, I ended up going down the art route instead of the vocal synth route and I'm a semi-successful artist now. Weird to look back on those choices, haha!

Long time fan who, admittedly forgot about Aiko. I used to be a super fan and listen to her voice obsessively. Now I'm back and one thing hasn't changed; the fact that I love her and always will.

For an utau original, this is amazing edit : ah and I love it when you give a download link in your vid THANKS A LOT,most UTAU ori/cover barely has download link which is a let down since there is almost no official or album ver,and since I listen to music (in every chance I can) 24/7 and listening through youtube is inconvenient.
@LuckyStarNo1Fan Thanks so much ;n;/ And actually since I go to college (I'm a media major) I have access to the studio in our library. We can rent stuff like cardioid/condenser mics and they have a couple of converted study rooms with soundproofing for recording. That's typically what I do for Aiko now. If you're looking into a new mic though I'd totally get one from the Blue Microphones brand, like the Snowball or the Yeti (Not the Snowflake though, that one isn't good xD)
@HetaliaStarPro Also, depending on the timetable for fixing the song (Cien's having to remake the FLP from scratch) if it's a dancing skit you want to do, I'd be happy to make Aiko sing whatever song that has a dance you'd like. I can even throw in Mathieu and Akio so all 3 voices are included c:
Her Japanese is CV, her English that I used here was recorded phoneme by phoneme as though it were CV but contains a whole mix of recording types... aha;;
I don't mind at all! ;u; for some reason people really like remixing this song. Let me know if you need the raw vocals, just drop me a message on my channel (it's under the "about" section on the new profile, just in case haha)
@Purufufuru Ahh maybe I should have used consonant velocity on those xD I plan to rerecord some "r" sounds before I release her bank though, so that tip helps :D
They are similar in that it is also software used to make synthesized vocals. The main differences are that UTAU is freeware, and anyone with the UTAU software can create a unique synthesized voice for it. Aiko is my voicebank that I've created that can sing in both Japanese and English, and anyone with the UTAU software can download her and make her sing stuff. There are thousands of UTAU!
@baggagelizard Oh gosh thank you, I'd be very honored ;n; The new reclist Koda and I have been working on will actually mostly overhaul what I have right now, and it has softer "r" sounds for "er" "or" "ar" and so on. It should be more fluent that way. I'll let you know when it's done if you want~
@Purufufuru I'm not releasing the UST xD seriously, it's mostly timed by hand. I mutilated it trying to get it to work with her beta English. Though I really really need to remember to put out that MIDI OTL
@BOTDFfanXD No problem at all C: It's been used for MMD and speedpaints so you can do whatever so long as you credit. Please be sure to credit Cien specifically for lyrics/composition though, all I did was mix and configure Aiko's vocals.
Okay, this sounds freakin' amazing! The music and lyrics are really good, and Aiko has some of the best English I've ever heard from an UTAU. So clear and understandable~ =D Great work from both of you!
