I use elephant garlic by roasting the whole clove (without the husk on it) then store them in a vacuum sealed container with a good Italian dressing as a “brine”. Then store them in the fridge. Sometimes I eat them straight from the jar like candy, or add them to pasta salads, hot pasta dishes, or smeared on toasted French bread. Love your videos! Your new home is incredible and beautiful!!
Thank you for another lovely video. If you did not send back the chopping board, maybe you could add a strip of wood at either end underneath to extend it? You seem such a practical person and now you have your own place, learning to make or fix things might be an exciting thing to learn for you or hamidaddy. Then you could have a chopping board completely perfect for your sink.

Anche con la pioggia, la tua casa ed il tuo giardino sono belli da guardare e da vivere.
