kids have it easy hooking up a n64 nowadays, back in the day some tvs didn't have a dedicated input channel so some times is on channel 2 or channel 3 and god forbid its channel 00 which you need to find the remote to access that channel. and even worse is of the tv doesnt have the rca inputs that you have to feed it through the vcr through its coaxial then you have to figure out how to make get the vcr to output the n64 signal either putting that thing on its own channel 3 or 2 or just press the other buttons multiple times till you see Mario face
