Hello. I must say this is one of the best and simple way to Prepare mutton dalcha. I am chef too i try many recipes and give review. I came across this recipe recently in my recommended videos so thought of trying it. I prepared this yesterday, and the results were just amazing. Everybody loved the dalcha.
