You might think that Boeing came first that mean Airbus is a copy but which came first does not have anything to do with which one's better. Think before you decide to do something. Both models are excellent. But I found that most pilots and first officers prefer the Airbus to Boeing. One of the benefits if even a small one is that you don't have to have a yoke in between your legs you can move around like on a regular seat. And I've also heard that Airbus is a bit more Hi-Tech. Back in the day, Boeing used to create iconic and amazing planes like the Boeing 747’s and Boeing 757’s, now they lost their way with the Boeing 737 MAX being grounded.

The yoke looks more cool than the side stick, but the problem is boeing has manuel trimming system where as in airbus you have automatic trimming system which reduces the workload of the pilots
A closer (and more fair) comparison between Airbus and Boeing would be the A310 (and older) and most Boeing aircrafts since the older Airbusses (before the A320) had yokes and were non-flybywire aircraft, which gave Airbus and Boeing similar flight-deck/pilot philosophies.
