Getting My EASA Medical In Croatia!

In this video, I'm going to show you what I got up to on my EASA medical in Croatia.
I am currently doing my flying training to achieve my dream of becoming a commercial pilot and in this video, I will be taking you along to see what a pilot has to do to gain their EASA medical. In this video, I went to Croatia because I am doing both a UK and EASA licence I need 2 medicals.

For everyone wondering why I went to Croatia for the medical, I could have done it in London however it was cheaper to get the medical, buy the flights and hotel with some spending money in Croatia then just do it in London!

Just a question Oli, because you have got an EASA medical aswell will this mean you will have to go back to Croatia every year for renewal or can this be done in the UK?

The initial abs the renewal can both be done in the UK, I just went to Croatia as it was a lot cheaper!

Unfortunately not, normally you have to be tied to an airline for that

Hey just curious why all the way to Croatia and not just across the sea to Ireland for the medical?

Just because it’s a lot cheaper! I could have done it in London but it would have been more expensive

Can the EASA renewal not be done in the UK?

Yes it can but it’s a lot more expensive

Dont they check colorblindness on renewals? or is it only when doing the inital Medical 1?

They check it every couple renewals I belive

Any suggestion how to prepare for the aptitude and reasoning test?

Not really, it's nothing to worry about honestly!

@@PilotOli you said you did pre-studying assignments which website did you use? Do they really can fail you the medical if you not good at that math and sequence test? I tried to look at the easa regulation and couldn’t find any requirements for such a test
