Now they've been exposed to COVID from the nanny Sobbin' Robin and Kody have. Kody doesn't love his first three wives and treats all the other kids terrible,, except Robins.
She done left him, she left him months ago and, it came out the night Janelle dropped the f💣 on Kody. ( that episode) Janelle and Christine are neighbors! ( next door) Christine lives next to Mykelti and Tony so, she could be a full- time grandma to her granddaughter. Meri left him over a yr ago and, has been running her bed breakfast shortly after her mom passed, that means she to is living in Utah. Right now it’s wrapping up with the second half of the season(filming it) to full- fill contracts and to make the money. It’s just Kody and Robyn for months and even so, it’s looking like the 2 now are turning on each other because, of Robyn’s manipulative ways. Well, Kody is a jerk and a narcissist that will end up teaching a class called hair care 101 and, who knows, since, he’s broke, he might end up in a van down by the river.
Robyn is not a narcissist. That's not fair to say. In fact, I doubt Kody is a true narcissist either, although I don't know if you didn't mean it seriously. Even though Kody might like to be in charge and have things his way, he doesn't display signs of narcissistic personality disorder.

Kody isn’t even trying to hide how much he detests all wives (other than his obedient wife Robyn) anymore. He’s practically been shouting it from the rooftops for the last couple of years. He’s intentionally mistreating them so they’ll leave and he can just live life with Robyn. And then he’ll whine about how his wives left him. Ugh. He’s the worst.
He wasn't a good leader. He just decides to uproot them all to Flagstaff, on the C protocols without voting on it as a family and taking others opinions in consideration. It felt like the other 3 were gone for sometime and just finishing out the season.

Kody (especially during this season) has shown, not only how self-centered he is but also how cold hearted he is. He has caused so much pain to his children an his first 3 wives, but he refuses to accept responsibility for any of it. It’s all everyone else’s fault. He blames Meri’s catfishing for their failed marriage, when in reality he fell out of love with her way before that. He blames Christine’s independent thinking (and putting her children first) to their failed marriage when in reality it’s been evident he never loved her, or cared about her thoughts and opinions. It’s also evident he doesn’t have romantic feelings for Jenelle. Kody’s world centers around Robyn and Robyn’s kids. He wants us to believe that it’s because Robyn is the only one following the COVID rules, when in reality it’s because she’s the only he loves. The reality is that plural marriage was outlawed for a good reason, and this program of Sister Wives has clearly shown the damage that comes from plural marriage. One man CANNOT meet the needs of many wives and many children at different stages. The needs of Robyn and her kids are WAY different from the needs of the other 3 wives and their grown children.
AND Robyn actually has a nanny/teacher….gee, what the other ladies had when their children were young was themselves! No nanny, ridiculous! Why can’t the non-working (outside of home) Robyn care for two younger kids by herself like the other ladies who had so many more children that they raised alone and managed fine without “Nannie’s?” Hell, Cody doesn’t even seem to work! How do they feed all these humans, let alone have enough of themselves to have individual one on one time with each child? That’s super important to the parent/child relationship! And I’ll never forgive him for the nonsupport of his daughter’s serious back surgery. Kody is seriously one of the worst fathers ever. I was cheering when his son told him his feeling. Kody’s answers were completely cold and self serving. He’s an asshole!

So, to be fair, I come from polygamy and have lived in that life. It's not true that these relationships don't work today. Many of them do. We just happen to live in a world of more independent living and more pride. That's a formula for 1 divorce let alone many. Many if these marriages are based on simple God centered lives with good wholesome

If there is another season next year, I won’t be watching, I’m tired of all the exploitation, there is something wrong about the way they are treated. Kody you need to realize your son was reaching out to you, You didn’t hug him or tell him you loved him, all you did was care about your selfish self. It truly was heartbreaking to see.

When it got to me was when the “family” was finally allowed over to the largest, most expensive home to celebrate Aurora’s birthday. She was adorable and a precious birthday but then during the toast with Christine!s little Trulee in view it about broke my heart. She was going through all the motions but she has been kept from her daddy for much of the time. Is she not his princess anymore? Her mom has sacrificed and loved all of the kids. Also, Robin’s older kids. Am I missing something? There is a sadness there. Granted I haven't watched the show for awhile but her kids may be wondering why he's staying with then all time? Then a Nanny? Really? For 2 little ones? Cody is acting like a grandfather with them. He prob doesn't even really know his own grand babies? Then Christine!s daughters’ very big deal surgery? I don't know of anyone that has chosen to live like Cody and Robin. The other 3 wives have been used, in my opinion. And you know what? They have raised some amazing kids!!!! I enjoy watching the kids being so successful and having such great outlooks on life. I pray they know that the Lord Jesus loves them and has an amazing life planned for each of them.❤️🙏

I'm so proud of Christine getting away from that jerk. The only thing I hate about it is Cody's actually getting what he wants. Member season 15 he said he was done with it he didn't believe in the polygamous life anymore. He also said although he wouldn't divorce or leave them that they're free to go and I think he purposely drove them away. He's just now too old to keep up with that many wives. And that's what makes me sick he's getting everything he wants. Christine is so pretty but it drives me crazy I want her to get BOTOX at the top of her nose she's very pretty but that's very distracting.

I used to love this show. I rooted for them cause I felt they were all adults with equal say in how the family made decisions. That's not how this season is going. Kody has acted like a dictator forcing his and Robyn's rules on everyone without so much as a discussion from the other 3 wives. The way he's screwed over Ysabel during her time of need is beyond disgusting. That was the last straw for me. I think he wanted to push Mary, Christine and Janelle out so he and Robyn can bring in new wives that Robyn approves of. He's a joke.
That was the last straw for me... skipping Ysabels surgery when Robin's kids already had the most time and attn for the entire year or two previously... That was when Kristine should have kicked him out. Inexcusable.

I don't know why I started watching this show! It's like driving past an accident and being compelled to look. I cringe every time Kody speaks! He acts like he is an apostle preaching his doctrine. He believes the BS he is saying. It is obvious that the only one he is with is Robin. The other ones are unwanted appendages. They need to leave and regain their dignity. imo, Kody & Janelle are best friends. I doubt Janelle cares much about the (lack of) intimacy. She really loves the property (even though they still haven't built on it - will they ever?) & I think she would be fine staying "spiritually married" to Kody as long as he doesn't disrespect her & belittle her. (Which I think he's been doing lately) Meri seems to be very co-dependent & just hanging on to scraps to try and get Kody's affection & attention, but I don't think it will happen. It could possibly just be a show she's putting on because she may be stubborn & staying around to make his life more miserable. I'm so happy Christine got out of that marriage & lifestyle. She seems to be looking so much more relaxed and happy. She'll still have to deal with Kody when he chooses to see the kids. I wonder if he will have to pay any support? I feel like Kody is being as mean as he possibly can & giving the other 3 wives a hard time because he wants them to get fed up & leave him. He wants out of plural marriage. He favors Robin & Robin's kids over all of his other kids & grandkids. Not going to his daughter's surgery would have been it for me, after years of pushing me off to the side & never taking my feelings into consideration, like he's done to Christine. I don't blame her one bit. I've always liked Janelle & Christine & I'm glad they realize their worth.
Question: Why Kody was OK to have a nanny involved (outside of the family) BUT he would not see his own "other" children in the same manner as Robyn's. The nanny was not living according to Kody's strict rules, obviously. But, to Kody it was still OK that the nanny was in their home (huh??) Kody said he would not visit his other children or the other wives because they all are not adhering to his rules. Kody's argument does not make sense anymore, now that HE let the nanny in & brought Covid in as well, to the entire family. Get a grip Kody!! Practice what you preach.

The pandemic wiped out Kody’s relationships with his wives. 🤣😵 Christine left, it’s obvious Janelle is close to leaving, then Meri will go unless she stays to be near Sol and Ari which she treats like grandchildren. Kody didn’t invest in his wives as much as they invested in him.

Truth be told, Kody acted like they were side chicks after he married Robin. They should have been left. If they are your wives, you treat them as such. And if three were difficult to manage, you shouldn't have added the fourth.

He tried to explain his obedient wife and how she told her kids to respect him when they first got together. He loved it. But thats because they weren't his kids and momma had to make sure to get her bills paid. Then he says the others didn't do that. Well of course not those were your kids and they all grew up together and it was natural for them. But for him to act like he disowns all the older ones. What a failure.
