Kenny Japan - Friday Day Sessions (Roland AIRA, Electribe EMX2, 7X7, 606 Expansion)

Experimenting with Adobe Premieres multicam feature... used a crappy webcam along with a Sony 1080p handycam to record the vid. Recorded some audio in my garden using my phone, loaded it up into Ableton to play and loop as effected samples and used the TR-8 for percussion along with the Electribe 2 and Roland TB3 for more drums. synths and bass sounds. (Yes I know the audio is slightly out of sync with video, my bad!)

so are you running spdif as an output? into the computer? Except you are using the pc slider...Tb3/Tr8/jdxi use the aira ports, electribe is probably going mono into 1 or stereo 1&2 and you didn't link them? Ah the forensics of gear...

No, the TR8/TB3 are using the usb inputs on the MX1 and the Electribe is using 1&2... volca sample is using 5&6 if I remember correctly.... setup has changed since a lot. Havent using the digital inputs (yet) but sometimes trigger samples to play in Ableton and go to the PC slider.
