Here is a quick guide on crafting bow medium cluster jewels. Craft them for profit or personal use. As always, profit crafting strategies depends on the demand on supply and you should always check the market for the margin.
I used this strategy since the beginning of the league, probably sold over 200 clusters for some good profit. This a good way to invest your currency to make more currency ;)

Your vid helped me alot, but i'm having trouble with the trade site, how do i search for specific cluster jewels passives?

What I usually do is type "Medium cluster jewels", then just pick the 1st one on the list and click on "filter by item stats" ( 2nd button on the left corner of the item ). Then I remove some of the mods in the filter and add 5 to the maximum number of passives
