I would like to add that another common mistake when doing multiple rotation jumps is to land with your right arm down as though to save a landing and like a safety measure. This usually will result in a fall as you have dropped your right shoulder. Well done Jono 😀
-soft knees -head and shoulders facing where you're coming from (backwards outside edge circle, upper body turned in slightly) -free leg completely straight toe point (knee and ankle locked) -knee over toe (stability) -don't look down! practice landing position while checking all of these points do it from in-air position (tight squeeze, eagle position to the right, landing) jump high from 2 feet, in-air position, landing
Hi Lena, we don't have a video specifically for that yet but I can provide you with this advice- it is a common habit to flex the foot in the air and keep it flexed when landing, which causes you to land flat footed. Try to concentrate on pointing the toe in the air and keep it pointed momentarily when landing. A great exercise to help with this is to practice a backspin, jump and perform rotations in the air, then land back into a backspin. This will really help you feel both taking off the toe pick and landing on it. It may take some time to get used to, but just keep practicing!
Omg I do that too. My coach is trying hard to get me to point my toe on the take off and point on the land so I can land on my toe. My mind just don’t like it lol
Ah, so that's what's suppoto happen. 😂 Good to know, really! I'm struggling witha few things there. Gonna give it a shot tomorrow. Funny fact on the side, women are built differently. So men have it easier falling over forward. There's a funny test standing bent forward against a wall with your head at a certain distance. Then you try lifting an empty bucket and women can do it, men often can't, because their upper body is heaver and weight distribution different. 😋

Women's lower gravity centre is not the only reason. But it tells so much about how different body builds will require different adjustments to an exercise in order to perform similarly. It opened my eyes a bit when I first saw it.

Finally a good explanation of why I keep falling out of my jumps on the left side. Thank you! 🙏
Whats after this jump please and how long should i work on this please i find it hard to get my balance 😊
Thank you! Is very helpful!!!
Do you have any exercises for proper landing on toe pick? I have tendency on some jumps to land flat.

@@thecruisesistersu.s.a3094 It's a tough one, keep practicing and concentrating on it, you'll get there in the end!

Interesting to know, thanks for that insight!
