    Presenter profile
    Adrian Brudan is the General Manager of The KPI Institute EMEA and the overseeing manager of the Global Performance Audit Unit (GPA Unit), the strategy and performance audit division of The KPI Institute. He is an expert researcher, consultant and practitioner, with over 10 years of experience in the deployment and implementation of Performance Management Frameworks.
    Adrian has been involved in designing and delivering the Institute’s KPI educational programs, aimed at competency development in Performance Management and Measurement. He has also developed a deep understanding of organizational performance measurement and management auditing, as a result of his constant work with internally-researched and developed performance management capability maturity model frameworks.
