yeah they are, i find it helpful to go through and read whilst she's speaking and highlighting the important parts.
I did this as well as seneca and reading the notes out load to myself as well as writing out my case studies and i got a B in physical and an A in human for my mocks!
(I was getting C's and D's in my past mocks)
