Kashmiris don't take rice in the morning. Our day starts with Nun Chai (salt tea) with crisp bread made from rice flour. Rice is taken in lunch and dinner.

Someone make me explain that how Kashmiri Sarason Ka saag is available in end of October. It’s impossible. It’s everything not Saraoon ka saag. The way he tastes it and says it has that Khattapan, I think it may be one of the wild herbs growing in Kashmir like Dock leaves, commonly called Obij in Kashmiri. But one thing I will say it cannot be mustard leaf. green Mustard leaf would be available in March/April, and after that in that land, rice is cultivated on the same land.
But sir truely it is actually not permissible we cannot pluck the fruits from the trees unless and until the caretaker is not standing within the boundary it is very strict Sir what I have heard ❤️🙏❤️

This isn't " sarsou ka saag " ; it's only saag aka "Kadam Saag".
