Great video, lovely condo in a great location. For me, I would prefer to rent, but I guess there will be apartments from this condo for rent aswell. I prefer renting, because when you want to move somewhere else, it is flexible.

yes buying is nowadays not a greatidea, being flexible is the biggest advantage especially when you are free to live everywhere in the world. Dont stay at a place your whole life, you will miss so much.
