I work on structural RTD cases for Starbucks. Their cases have a cold bottom and dry top for pastries. Structural does make decent cases haven't seen one quite that old though. First one I have seen with an ECM Motor. What kind of controller was that? Nice vid.
structural concepts makes all the pastry cases for starbucks coffee...does that spray cleaner have a strong odor? i always use the nu calgon evap foam cleaner on evap coils and people complain about the lemon/lime smell all the time.

kingofthecrease30 it has a lemon smell not over powering. 5$ at Home Depot try one and see. Those are good cases.
