How to connect neabot with the app ? (For Android Phones)

How to connect neabot with your phone ?
After successfully registering an account, you will enter a network configuration page.
ps: If the page is loading, please exit the app and re-enter.
Click the plus button in the upper right corner
Please make sure that your phone is connected to your home wifi. (Only support 2.4Ghz wifi)
Please read the important tips carefully before set up
1. Turn on the neabot
2. Press the left and right buttons for 5 seconds then you will hear a voice prompt "The wifi has been reset"Click "Continue"
3. Enter the password of your home wifi. (Please make sure it is correct)Click "Next"
4. Switch to the hotspot whose name start with "Neabot_NoMo_xxx" Click "Next"Click"Yes"
5. Manually choose the hotspot whose name start with "Neabot_NoMo_xxx"
Click"Connect"
Go back to the app
Click "Next"
Then you will hear a voice prompt "The device is connecting"
The white light on the robot will also start flashing
If it takes more than 2 minutes, please retry the steps before.
If the previous steps are correct, but still not able to connect, please record the connecting process and send it to [e-mail]
You will see a robot icon appear on the page once the connection is successful.

I am having the same issue. Support is saying that I have the wrong password. How do they know what password I have entered in my phone for my wifi? I know it is correct. Ready to give up and return this unit.

it worked once before and then I got a new phone now I cannot connect to this thing. I am connected to the Neabot wifi but it is not getting past the "connecting to your Neabo" step...why is this not working?
