This manual doesn't have a code for F0 E3. There is an F8 E3 (Overflow condition - see 0:41 of the video), but no F0 E3. We don't have this machine anymore. Your machine may be newer with a code assigned to the FO 03 error. Have you looked for the manual for your machine? It's often inside the machine -- behind the control knobs.

I seem to think it's stored in the washer when you take the top off?? (Nancy)
It is inside a plastic bag taped to the inside of the main housing of the washing machine. You have to do a bit of disassembly to access it .
