Only playing 5 hours you know everything about how to properly rotate and stuff, it's super easy So yeah, people have no idea of how to play this videogame, specially when they refuse to read and/or use basic logic
U just have to read for only 5-10 minutes before using any pokemon and yeah some basic game sense while in-game otherwise people like you are the one why we get frustrated when players like you join the game
Reworking the Decidueye line so that it learns Shadow Sneak/Leaf Storm before fully evolving - maybe around level 5 - would go such a long way. Spirit Shackle is so fun and rewarding to play but the early game is just pitiful, and if you get bullied down you can be stuck for what feels like an eternity. Being so squishy and playing in the backline with your arrows makes it tricky to get stacks during the latter half of the match, so having a get off me/escape tool earlier on would give you a better chance of scoring to reach your evolution and start actually contributing.
@@GreedyGreedent The point you're making is already contradicted by the fact that one of Rowlet's starting moves in Unite is Astonish, a ghost type move. Plenty of Unite characters have move options that do not match their typing. Unite has rarely cared about full accuracy to the main series games, it's more of a jumping off point. Plus, the Rowlet line is able to learn Shadow Sneak as early as level 12 since the Sword and Shield games...
@@GreedyGreedent Yes, all the Unite movesets are from the pool that each Pokemon can learn - but beyond that they don't seem to care when or how they're 'meant' to learn it, whether it's physical/special/status, etc. Like I just said, the Rowlet line DOES learn Shadow Sneak from an early level in the main series games anyway
Stacking tip from a Deci main for the comments section - use shadow sneak as a sneaky stacking tool to scout out someone that might stop you (and then actually don't go for it if they are there - many forget this)
This are the items I use! I hate stacking, which I think I’ve mentioned a lot before cause I really do hate stacking, and this is what I find the most success with as a substitution.
One of the possible things i would like for deci is have his ult be like miraidon where the cooldown is dependent on how long you hold it. That way you dont have to waste it to make a get away
100% as a Decidueye player. Spirit shackle on any other Pokemon is broken. Which is why I think it’s fun. The ultimate reward for defensive spacing and patience to make the best shot through multiple enemies. Get greedy or miscalculate and you die. Give it a buff and almost any buff to shackle and I legit think it tips into unbalanced. Honestly though, I do want another leaf storm buff. If we are going to sit in a long term all-rounder meta. Give me more storms haha. I play a lot of Leaf Storm/Shackle and it sucks giving up the mobility of shadow sneak, I want a better trade off but now that is me being greedy. Hahaha There are no better games than a perfectly drafted Decidueye game. Side note… Could you imagine if Spirit shackle got some sort of push or small stun….. BROKEN! Beyond busted lol.
I have this concept almost every pokemon is great but it depends on the player who use it..... But there are some exceptions...I mean you can't use Falinks right now, no matter how good you are
Every meta attacker at the moment has consistent mobility. Armorouge, Inteleon, Greninja, Dragapult have good mobility in dashes. Others like Venusaur and Pikachu have moves that give them a solid speed boost. Decidueye has neither. I love using him, but he feels like a sitting duck in a meta where everyone is spamming all rounders and speedsters. Shadow sneak does nothing for him in team fights, and neither does leaf storm(though slightly better). I agree his damage is fine, but maybe make him faster in shadow sneak, or have it slow down more than 1 enemy, or make leaf storm push back further.
@@esercapar2004 Yeah but its not half as useful in a fight as the speed boost others get. Shadow sneak isn't anywhere as good as Armorouge's fire spin Pikachu's volt tackle, or Venusaur's petal dance.
I've made it to master rank, but because I took a season off, I'm stuck in ultra and no matter how hard I sweat, almost every game has at least one that tries their hardest to throw, and it usually works. Getting really frustrated with how heavily the ranking system of unite competitive relies so heavily in the skill and knowledge of the Randoms that I have to babysit every match
From a long-time deci player the difference between a good game and a bad one is just how much your team commits to disrupting enemy pushes Buff teammates who go 3 Vs 1 on a Goodra rather than taking out their teammates
When im not ultra targetted i have good games 😭, but most times im targetted likr all hell. Three of my teammates were at half health and this zeraora literally jumped over all 3 and used his whole moveset wnd unite just to kill me 😭
In lane I like muscle, scarf and weight. Descent antistack and you get more oppourtunities than usual yo get your stacks. I do appreciate the burst and mobility charm and stone give in jungle tho
For a "carry" build foul play + wish is the way to go. You can contribute to the team really well with the wish healing and have alright movement with good dmg thanks to foul play. I hate it too when my teammates don't come through when I use mean look. For the items i recommend exp share, res. guard and any of the following: focus band, buddy barrier, weakness policy, muscle band, aoes cookie or atk weight (for more wish healing). In terms of battle items I prefer x spd but eject is potentially more impactful. Since the cooldown nerf it's really turned into a high risk high reward item. For the emblems I'd go with as much hp as possible with 6 brown and white. The *MOST IMPORTANT* aspect of playing every pokemon is you understanding its whole kit (Unite db) and possible good and bad matchups. For example in draft you see a lot of people picking umbreon against crustle, wiggly or metagross to steal their shields. Sorry for the long comment. Hope it helps ✌️
If they buff anything at all with the new skin I hope it’s leaf storm. Maybe give him the ability to leap backwards while attacking so he can use it both for peeling and to quickly reposition himself. There’s so many Pokémon with broken movement options in the game that buffing his ability to run away even just a little bit would be nice. But knowing Timi they’ll probably buff his damage even though he hits plenty hard.
... no attack weight is sort of griefing but luckily your enemies weren't very good and you also kept a decent level lead on them. For like people who want to use Decidueye at a somewhat serious level don't play Decidueye at all if you aren't stacking attack weight if you do, please just jungle or else you're actually just throwing because of how much dps you're forfeiting from the ludicrous attack scaling combined with a relatively low base attack stat.
i played a game today. got hardstomped in teamfights since i was trying the razorleaf build. if anyone came at me 4 a 1v1 they were dead in 1.6 seconds.
What if I told you shadow sneak gets a 50% cd reduction if it reaches an opponent but the defence reduction is lesser ... Won't it be a cool rework? It will have some mobility
I disagree. Decidueye gets caught too easily and only does good damage with attack weight stacks. It doesn't need a big buff but it does need a buff like a decreased cooldown for shadow sneak and more movement speed
Huh? Attack is absolutely NOT necessary to do big damage. A charm charged shackle does about the same at early to mid games. And the additional movement speed helps. Shadow sneak is the only thing they should buff, and only the cd to maybe 9 sec. That's IT
