Hey Stefan. These free classes on TH-cam should be a bit tricky to keep up with, especially if you’re new to these types of classes. If you’re finding that you need to play the video back a couple of times to get comfortable with the routine, I wouldn’t worry too much 😊 But I do also have a beginners program that you might find useful. Otherwise I recently colour coded my free classes on here, with the yellow ones being on the easier end 👍🏻 Let me know how you go!
The best thing you can learn is how to read body language and create a comfortable space for her on the dance floor. What you do on the dance floor doesn't matter as much as why you're doing it 😊 One of my programs, The Gentleman's Guide, goes into this in more detail if you'd like to check it out?

I must admit I gave up on it and didn't watch it all the way through because I didn't think it was for me.
This class format and approach certainly isn't for everybody. They weren't designed for beginners. However, I have a beginners program called Colourform that might be of interest to you. Otherwise, you might find that some classes are more appealing to you than others on the channel. Have a look around! 😊
