    Brother you have a great personality I love your enthusiasm what you need to work on in my humble opinion is your camera angels and showing off the food when done. It's all about presentation and making people want to copy what you do. So enticing them with food shots is the way to go. Ie at 8 mins in you say look at the steaks but you really don't show the meat. You definitely have the personality to be successful. Good luck and thanks for the video

    Hi Rosel, Its Doug here from the U.K. hope you are well. I have been watching and enjoying your videos as I have just ordered a Big Easy 3 in 1: Have learnt a lot from you and other TH-camrs.........only one thing in this video you put the Corn on the cob on the bottom rack and the Chicken above, I was always told that you should not do this as the drippings from the Chicken can Contaminate the food underneath. Whats your take on this.? Regards...........Doug

    • @roselsimpson858
      @roselsimpson858  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello Doug, my belief is that both the chicken and the corn are uncooked if either are contaminated the heat will kill it. That's just my belief not sure. Congratulations on the BE 3 in 1. Thanks for the great question thanks for watching and stay tuned for more updates and great content!

    Rosel, you seem to THE Big Easy expert on TH-cam. I just got one as a gift. I have a question, can you turn down the gas and use the screen and get the same result on less propane? Thanks, great channel!

    • @roselsimpson858
      @roselsimpson858  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      My head is already TH-cam BIG but thanks for that. Big easy recommends we use the screen on cold days toward the end of the cook to crisp the meat or not at all. The amount of gas that thing uses in minimal. During the summer months which are March-Dec in Louisiana I use my Big easy 3 to 5 times per week and I refill my tank maybe 3 times per year. Hope that answered your question. Thanks for watching and stay tuned for more great content.

      @roselsimpson858  ปีที่แล้ว

      The Big Easy is 13 inches inside diameter find something that size it will work the pan will take a while to heat up but yes it can be done. I actually have a video where I put a Dutch oven inside the big easy and cook in it. th-cam.com/video/N3v5ahCnPrk/w-d-xo.html

    • @roselsimpson858

      The collapsible basket is only good for whole Turkeys and chickens you sit them in and pull the basket up around them. The original basket can be found on line at Char-Broil it is called the Big Easy Basic Roaster Basket and it is $20.00

    I'm looking at cooking a Boston butt for Eastern NC BBQ. Is there a way to lower the cooking temperature to cook the Boston butt slower? Does yours come out very easy to pull apart? Thanks and enjoy watching several of your videos.

    • @roselsimpson858
      @roselsimpson858  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can lower the temperature slightly with the gas knob. Light the unit turn it down until the flame goes out then mark the spot. Perhap consider injecting the roast capture the juices bast it and I think you Boston butt will turn out fine.
