Thank you🥰. The bills are dependent on the apartment. With officetels/apartments like mine, it ranges from +-90 000- 120 000 (maintenance bill). This also includes WiFi, thrash collection, elevator and other building things. I’m not sure how much my electricity is because it’s included in my maintenance but gas is usually +-10 000 won.

Hey sis! Where I was, was a nice place but I had to take a KTX to get to big cities with malls and activities. I’m not sure if every place in Gyeongsangbuk is that way🥺. I’d recommend Gyeonggi, even if it isn’t Seoul. Just because there’s a metro line (subway) throughout that makes getting around easier and more affordable. But if you’re a small city girl, Gyeongsangbuk is fine too!👌🏽
I think having a pet is dependent on the apartment regulations and maybe your employer if they’re paying for the rent. If I remember correctly, this specific apartment didn’t allow pets but other apartments in Korea do.
