It is detailed, meaning some effort is put into it, but they gather parts of the fruits, vegetables usually end when cooking and put the. Into a composting container with other ingredients to fertilize the soil for a stronger, healthier crop. You can do some research to see what's involved.
I also have a garage fridge. It used to be in the house, but it broke so we moved it to the garage and got a new one and then figured out how to fix the broken one. It’s VERY handy for overflow. 😊💕

The condiments that I occasionally buy are French's mustard, Heinz ketchup, Kraft sweet honey barbecue sauce and Mrs. Butterworth's pancake syrup so I can separately refill up my 4 reusable, round condiment squeeze bottles. Kroger still sells Plochman's mustard, but Walmart no longer does.
Be careful adding chicken manure to the garden. It needs to age for about a year before it’s usable 😏 another reason why I like my ducks better because their manure is usable right away!!
Haven’t seen you for awhile. Have you been getting some rest? I have 2 apple trees but they don’t grow. One of the trees had one apple one it and a bird got it.
I believe cruciferous veggies contain goitrogens (impact thyroid). If you are still dealing with thyroid issues it might help to cut back the broccoli. Of course everything in moderation. 😊

Freeze the veggies as they’re getting old and then you can make vegetable broth as you accumulate!

I haven’t had the mental capacity to do this yet (figure out how etc 😆) and I plan to give my chickens scraps but I love the idea! Maybe I will soon!
