- While kayaking up the Bill Williams River on June 29, 2013, I watched a Red-tailed Hawk fly into a huge willow tree near the river. I heard it call several times and finally got a short video clip. Forgive the shaky camera, I was in a kayak and the water was smooth but slightly moving.
Here's to the greatest voice actor ever existed🙌🏼
Was it trying to imitate the bald eagle?
Per google search: "Red-tailed hawks
Red-tailed hawks have a raspy scream that calls out for attention. Often their sound is chosen for eagles, other hawks, or heard in the background of scary movies."
@@johnwest9756 I know that. But it just sounded like he was trying to imitate the bald eagle's less regal call.
I agree, it was interesting to hear it call ... :)
Hes just a biiiig seagull
But hey, where is the legendary iconic red tailed hawk screaming? Not this silly squeaking sounds 🥺
