if you start the car witouth a passenger seat after disconemcting the cable? will I get a airbag warning? or is the cable for the seatbelt warning?

Some people say you should first disconnect car battery before unplugging the seat cable. Is this really necessary?

with some models such as nissan it can happen to record a system error. In most other models, it is enough that the key is out of the lock and the ignition key is removed
