But i got one question when u doin hand rest let suppose you are extracting #7 upper molar, so my question is the two fingers will be rested in the molar that will be extracted and teeth behind it or u will start from tooth #6

For upper lateral incisors, after apical force don't we apply palatal force first and then buccal followed by rotation?
