Try again in a week or so. They're relocating and with all the drama and the stress of moving an entire company I'm not surprised folks are getting ghosted. I've helped relocate a few businesses, there's no time for anything in the process, even doing business (which sounds messed up but it's true).

About the Anya model, as pretty as it looks, unless the rigger or the person acquiring the model have explicit permission from the creators of Spy X Family, I don't think it is a good idea
Sound like UwU market's damage control was too little too late. They overextended, and now their customers are facing the consequences. Hopefully they can have more transparency and less corporate-speak in the future.

It seems like Uwu market is making an effort to resolve these issues. They tried to expand quickly and made a mistake by not keeping in contact and/or responding to creators. If they can improve by the end of June, they need to reevaluate what they are doing. It is a great idea; hopefully they can get their stuff together.
Magicalmomoka also had to pull out too cause she was kept in the dark and was ghosted on anything and she said it had been seven months since she wanted collab with them
Mhm UwuMarket knew damn well they couldn't keep up with orders they're just tryna make excuses at this point also imo i don't think it'll change you can't run to much demand without much supply else it makes supply and demand useless. I don't agree they're doing their best if they were doing their best they would stop getting more demand without less supply i think they have too much out going business they need to learn control without control you can't do things. Also sorry for the big rant lmfao.
Yup I don't like saying this, but they got too greedy or actually it's more accurate to say they got too overconfident. When a company grows too quickly they can sometimes take in more than they can handle.
@@revolvingworld2676 Precisely to be frank once you see you get to much demand over supply should instantly stop taking orders it's unlogical to do so and it's a great risk to your business to take in a lot more orders than can fullfil if you know you have a small place and can't produce much why would you keep doing it other than for money. I'm not religious but the thing I do agree with in the Bible is money is the root of all evil hear it all the time because my mom is religious.
While Uwumarket did screw up with their communication with vtubers, it really feels like a matter of a small up-and-coming business not realizing how much time would be needed to create the merch as well as not realizing that they needed someone specificially to communicate with talent. I've seen lots of businesses say "Oh, I don't need to hire someone to check messages, X person can do that". Then X person never has the time. The fact that they just hired a new employee whose job seems to be communication and coordination with vtubers seems to back this up. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, so we'll see how they do now that they have more staff, a bigger facility, and a collaboration manager. Smaller EN vtubers need to cut them some slack. Seems like so many small vtubers think everybody is out to get them. That mentality comes off in their content too. Not everybody is out to get you.
If I were in business with them, I would be willing to accept that excuse if the communication delays were measured in days. Maybe even weeks. But once you get into months there's just no excuse, and it sounds like that's a common case.

I'm willing to bet that they thought they could get away with having someone who already had their hands full with a job could cover the communication and didn't realize until damage was done that said person was too busy to do so. It's still bad that they didn't get back to people, but it really doesn't seem like it was done maliciously or on purpose.
