Jack can I just say thank you so much for sharing your Research Log technique. I stumbled upon one of your earlier videos where you demonstrated how to use it so I started integrating it into my own literature research. I started the year getting 65% in most of my essays. I just received my most recent assignment back today and achieved my first 80% mark. I genuinely think it's all down to using the research log to pull all of my thoughts together so I just want to say thank you so much for sharing it! Your channel is an invaluable source! Keep it up and hope you're keeping well in these weird times!

perfect video to post at the moment! i’ve just changed my degree this year (australian school years start in january) and struggle to motivate myself to study because i’m now 2-3 years behind on my degree than my friends.

it's almost 11 pm where I live and I just decided to stop procrastination and start studying now so that late-night study came out right when I needed it 😂🙏🏽
Side note: the beard makes you look like a cute fox. Don't go back to shaving after the lockdown.

I love Minoli Salgado! She is THE critic for writing Sri Lanka (and she happened to be my Academic Advisor in 1st year too!) I'd really recommend her novel A Little Dust on the Eyes, and I think she's got a new collection of short stories but the novel SLAPS

Lit at Uni, but Im having a hard time imagining what kinds of exams to expect and how you would study for a Literature exam.. apart from obviously reading the books and what you are doing.. How are your exams set up? Is it multiple choice? essay form like at A-Level Engl. Lit? paragraph-style answers? hope you are doing okay! Greetings!

I thought I was the only one that did those research diaries for my essays but I'M NOT ALONE! I've been trying to convince my sister whose doing her Masters in English to do research diaries too but I think she's happy to stick with her 20+ tabs being open...
