My son bought a Ninja air fryer about 4 months ago but I think I probably used my oven once or twice since then lol. I'm definitely trying this out in the next couple of days! Ty
I'm looking at 2 or 3 videos about cooking bacon. They have mentioned that there is no need to turn the bacon because the air fryer circulates the hot are to all surfaces.
It can be even better! Cut the frankfurters lengthwise. Do not cut through at both ends by about 3/4 inch. Insert a long piece of cheese into the slit and then wrap the bacon around it. If the bacon doesn't hold, you can fix it with toothpicks. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
Thanks Robert! Yeah I will have to do a homemade mustard video as well. If I make a relish video it will be savory dill pickle relish and not sweet LOL I don't like sweet relish, haha.
@@inthekitchenwithmatt i tried 3 different sizes of bacon thickness this worked amazing the 385 for 10 then 5 mins i would say 4 mins on very thin but 5 was fine. Thank you so much sir! this changed my cooking!!!!
@@inthekitchenwithmatt Have you ever had cheese dogs? They are like this. So you make an incision in the middle of the hot dog lengthwise but don’t cut it all the way through & then you open it up & then you sear the cut side & then you flip it over & sear the non cut side & then you also toast your hot dog buns cut side down in butter & then you take your bun off & then you put your hot dog into your bun & then you put a slice of American cheese on the hot dog so that it melts & then you serve it & let it cool for a while & then when you take a bite out of it, it’s like a cross between a hot dog & a grilled cheese sandwich. It’s really yummy, but is definitely not good for you.
@@maxduong4537 Yes I have had a bunch of different styles of cheese dogs. One of my favorites are Korean style corn dogs with cheese in the middle. With these you can do the slit add cheese then wrap it with bacon and cook. Yummy.
These look delicious Matt . . . bacon and hot dogs, what's not to love! TFS and have a great weekend! 👍
Thank you!! You are very welcome and have a great weekend as well.

I was thinking the same thing because that’s the whole point of an airfyer right? This recipe worked great regardless
It depends on the air fryer and how much airflow is under it. Some models work better than others.
@@briayala629 Glad you tried it and liked it!
im going to try this
Awesome! Let me know how it turns out
Love the facial decoration; Love the look of the dogs too! Gonna try some. :)
Thanks so much, Lauren!
😋😋😋👍Hmmm.. Yummy and delicious. 😁
Thank you!!

Yes if you like cheese that will be great!
Personally, I don't think I'd like cheese on a hot dog. The creaminess takes away from the flavor profile.
Incredible delicious ❤❤❤
Thank you!!
this video is 4:20 yay
Matt your ketchup video was so great let's see some mustard and sweet relish!? You'll have the ultimate condiment trio
Thanks Robert! Yeah I will have to do a homemade mustard video as well. If I make a relish video it will be savory dill pickle relish and not sweet LOL I don't like sweet relish, haha.
Looks delicious, too bad I don’t have an air fryer 😋😅
You can do it in the regular oven too, it just takes longer.
very easy
Indeed!
100% YEP!
Thanks!
Did you make the Wonka bar yet
Nope, been incredibly busy, and have been out of town.
Who needs the bun!
You don't! so good without the bun.
💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
Thanks!!
385 for 10 mins then turn over and 4-5 mins again
It just depends on the bacon you use, just cook it until it is crispy. the time will vary.

@@jermslysol9610 Awesome! You are very welcome! The best way to make hot dogs haha
HD's look good but only children should put ketchup on hotdogs.
Why do you care what others put on their hot dogs? haha. Here's a stat for you. 61% of Americans put ketchup on their hot dogs.
That is so yummy but it’s definitely not good for you.
You don't eat hot dogs to be healthy or bacon haha
