Yeah these 2 wildcards, are just some of the many cards out there, that completely blocks den, vahtang, stitch, gene, wing, and all the other love making song wildcards out there. All the cards thats 90% just vocals, pauses, and 2 beats all the way thru, mostly vocal oscillations, pitch changes is the primary beat, lol etc...... no battle properties at all in the whole routine. They make elevator music, which is fine. Just not battle style music AT ALL.....
It used to be the same for me but as you keep listening more from him and overall bbx you start recognize that it indeed is complex original beats paired with unmatched flow I still don't prefer his style but I do acknowledge it having actual competitive and musical value

Villain has always been a bit hit and miss for me, i like his style, Its so complex and skills are super high and no one is doubting that but it doesn't make me Bop? like i dont feel anything.. literally nothing from his sets that make me go WOW I want to listen again or Shocked to hear more. timing seems to ruin his sets as it just sounds a bit messy IMO like a freestyle with amazing skill but with a lack of consistent flow. Anyway Dont hate just the way I see his style when I hear anything from villain. Sorry
