How did this dad ever get custody of these children with his record??? Where was mom and why wasn’t she in their life except sporadically??? Who (person or persons) failed these children?!? Whoever it is should be severely punished. Judge, CPS, whomever. This has to stop. Too many children are being forced to live their lives in households that are not safe, stable, and responsible to take care of food, shelter, clothing, no abuse of any kind, with a loving family.
I really hope justice is served with a side of revenge. May this baby R.I.P. anyone that has had anything to do with these children should be locked up. Abuse is ongoing and bet others have turned a blind eye. How terrible
I’m not sure if the two women in the back are involved with the man accused but that gestures seem to me that they are more concerned with what will happen to them rather than justice for the kids. I have never seen anyone stare down someone like that in court unless you disagree.. maybe she is thinking about the story they told the cops vs the injuries
