    Under the newly added amendment, students who complete their Doctor of Medicine degree from a Philippine College of Medicine recognised by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED)and a 12-month internship will be eligible to register and practice medicine in the Philippines. The CHED will issue the necessary certification to facilitate this process, ensuring a smooth transition for graduates.
    "Republic Act No. 2382 or "The Medical Act of 1959" as amended by Republic Act Nos. 4224 and 5946 has served as the legal basis and foundation of the medical profession in the country for the longest time. However, the 21st century has changed drastically the content, context and delivery of medical education and the practice of the medical profession in view of the changing demands of the healthcare system, the development of cutting-edge technologies, the entry of WTO-GATS and other relevant international agreements as well as the internationalization of education and practice of the profession. Thus, the need to bring the Medical Act of 1959 into the 21st century through the necessary and appropriate amendments that would quickly make medical education and practice respond to the current circumstances and fast-paced changes in the new world order brought about by globalisation," reads the official notice.

    If this is the Scenario, what will happen as Indian students appear for the PLE to get License to Practice Certificate after passing from the PRC, which is a must to appear in the FMGE or Next Step 1 in India as per the November 18, 2021 Gazette.

    The FMGE passing % in 2023 of few top Philippines medical colleges is DMSF = 18.50%, U V Gullas = 11%, Perpetual = 12% , as per NBE results.

  • @KishoreKandale
    @KishoreKandale 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Mam why we are connecting both, our aim should be all students spend and study should be able practice as a Doctor, meaning should be able to clear the Screening exam if not what is the use of taking up medical course in DMSF or any foreign Institution.

    • @KishoreKandale
      @KishoreKandale 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ronoxhd1721Former student.
      what batch you are?
      why we say many truth.
      we know there are 12800 students graduated so far from DMSF until 2023.
      out of which only 3250 have cleared the FMGE till February FMGE.
      but Transworld and DMSF lie to the public.
      there are many reasons for this.
      Mam says DMSF has 90% in PLE, this for Filipinos who are only 125 to 150 joining every year, and section wise 35 to 40 which is also A to C 3 sections.
      Filipinos has separate class, coaching and DMSF see they are well trained in theory and practicals and lot of Exposure to clinicals, and good Interships 150 easy to get hopital allottments for internships and clinicals Rotations.
      you can imagine how many Indian students are enrolled every year 2020 - 2021 batch alone 1200 students and your college is 1 acre 25 cents.
      Do anyone can train 1000s of students.
      And 45% share of your Tuition fees every student is also goes as a commission to Transworld.
      If a student pays 20200 US dollars in 4 years 9100 US dollars is the Transworld share from DMSF that is the Agreement.
      convert to rupees = 750000.00 rupees
      And another 750000.00 from B S as a ouright income from each student.
      multiply by number of students
      12800 graduated until 2023
      then the remaining 2019 batch to 2024 another 3000 students who are still studying
      so for accounting as 15000 and add another 5000 from U V Gullas ( from U V until 2023 only 516 students have cleared FMGE out of 3500 graduated )
      Total 20000 students x 1500000.00 = 3000 Crore Transworld Commission.
      Now calculate all their Land building in Davao, Cebu, Mahabalipuram, Pune and all the land in Kerala.
      If 50% students cleared FMGE its Okay some how to accept.
      Many took loan , sold property, mortigage property and pay.
      The curse of all the 16000 thousand student who never cleared FMGE will punish Transworld and Kings.
