Very underrated shooter. Has a very solid feel and the perfect difficulty curve (some pc engines way too hard, some way too easy). The music is great as well..some of the catchier chiptunes you’ll hear.

I almost forgot about Terra Cresta. It reminds me of thunder force for some reason. Nice gameplay.

When we destroyed Mandler here, turns out we never really destroyed it. We only temporarily put it out of commission.

I tried to do a longplay two years ago, but I couldn't post it at WOL so I uploaded it myself. Sadly, there is some desync. And btw, there seem to be invisible bullets on the last stage

No invisible bullets in this game...but stuff that *automatically kills you* if you hit it: Snake-boss shoots booby-trapped mines. 2nd to last boss' flying rocket arms will kill you if you shoot them. Final' boss 4 arms WILL kill you if you destroy them. Great game design right here.

I wish that this game had six things...1. more variety in the terms of guns that are used in this game for your ship, 2. MISSILES AND BOMBS, 3. stronger bosses, 4. two player simultaneous play, 5. much better music, and 6. much better sound effects.

Sol Cresta has all of that… Well, minus the two player thing. And as for missiles and bombs, you do have special weapons to use.

Hmm, reminds me of Hybris for the Amiga.. perhaps because of the graphics? I dunno..

Hybris came after Terra Cresta, which this game is the sequel to the latter.
