While Allay are pacifists, they get to take it one step further to be immortal, Vex on the other hand, their life is short lived (at least if you dont spawn them by Spawn Egg). but they are good fighters.
2. Vexes can travel at great speeds, they however turn pretty slow as their acceleration is not the same as their top speed. Allays they can reach Mach speed (at least for Minecraft standards) in just a fraction of the second when their owner is far away, they can turn incredibly well without losing the speed.
3. Vexes cant duplicate they dont spawn on their own, they need Evoker to do so. Allays can duplicate with Shards and turn your Storage into your next Warehouse.
