Minecraft legend has the answer but the storyline don't tell us what happened to this spirit after the Minecraft World War 1. The War Between the World and the Beings from Hell
Talking about the ancient city, we can see from how many angles the building is made of dark oak planks and a structure that uses dark oak type only on woodland mansion & pilager outpost hmm..
First of all, I’m not sure if this is more a head-canon than a theory, since the idea of there being different colors of wisps is ridiculous. Second of all, as someone said the totem of undying is supposed to look like a villager, not a wisp, and the fact that you’re still convinced it’s a wisp baffles me. The rectangle between the two emerald eyes that you seem to be calling a wisp’s mouth would need to be a more darker color for it to look like an open hole. But instead, it’s the same color as the rest of the totem, making it more like a villager’s nose. Plus, the 3D model of the totem of undying in Minecraft Dungeons has the nose protruding outwards, which once again, makes it look like a villager, and the some of the concept art of the wisp had its mouth be one pixel. Also, saying that the wisps evolved into allays in order to fly makes no sense, as wisps in MC Dungeons and the early prototypes of the wisps in the base game were both able to fly, despite having no wings. Not only that but wisps in Minecraft Dungeons are able to fly through wall and turn invisible/phase in and out of existence (not sure which one), neither of which are abilities that allays have, which would make no sense if they evolved from them in order to survive. Also, why would wisps lose the ability to go through walls when evolving, and then regain it after being experimented on? Also, ignore the other comment saying that wisps are called “WoodlandWisp” in the code. That’s probably just because the area you find them in is called “Woodland Prison”. In addition, judging by their behavior in Minecraft Dungeons, it seems that wisps are more ghost-like than allays and vexes, and probably aren’t able to physically interact with anything and are only able to guide the player to hidden chests. Also, there is no way the illagers are even physically capable taking hostages. According to the MC Dungeons guidebook and MC Dungeons’ prequel book, The Rise of the Arch-Illager, illagers were barely a treat before the events of Dungeons, and were only able to enslave to villagers once they had a leader possessed by an all powerful sentient artifact and an undead army on their side. And even then, they were only able to capture villagers, and the players, the supposed “relatives” of the ancient builders, were the main reason for the illagers’ failed raid and the slaughtering of their patrol parties. There’s no way they would be able to capture even one ancient builder. In addition, why are there still allays in the mansion prisons? Wouldn’t they already be turned into totems? And why are there allay cages at the pillager outposts? Why aren’t they brought to the mansions? Also, based on your statement at the end of the video, you seem to still be convinced that the sculk was made from allays and that wardens are the corrupted protectors of the cities, even though I already gave a bunch of evidence against it in my comment on your Disc 5 video, evidence that according to your reply, you agreed with. Well I guess I’ll do a bit more debunking. First of all, if you’re saying that the illagers brought the kidnapped builders to mansions, which you seem to be implying, then why aren’t the mansions overgrown with sculk? And why would they keep making same mistake of creating the sculk at a bunch of different locations? And of the sculk is made from allays, how did they obtain bones? That’s all I have for now. If you want more confirmed information about the illagers and their society, I suggest you get Minecraft Dungeons’ prequel book, Rise of the Arch-Illager, or just read the summary on the wiki. (Also please remember that Dungeons most likely takes place after the base game)
Awesome video!!! Also I subbed, BTW I have my own theory as well :) which is that the Allay was originally found in deep deep caves, but then one day pillagers kidnapped all of them, cause we see Allays trapped in cages in woodland mansions and near pillager outposts, in fact, I have a theory that cave sound 2 is an Allay sound
@@Faberistry yep :), I also have a theory on the cave sounds, disc 13, and 11, the cave sounds theory I think is real is that it is a minecart disaster, and my theory is that disc 13 happens after that a little later, with someone going down and trying to find the miners, which he hears sound 1 at the start of the disc, then sound 2 and Drip stone, a little while later hears sound 3 and 4 before using a flint and steal to light up his torch, after succeeding to light up the torch tho he hears sound 5, and 43 seconds after that hears and creeper and escapes the explosion by jumping into water, after drying himself off is when the events of disc 13 end in my theory, he then goes through some tight tunnels in the deep slate layer and find a Mineshaft, walk thought it for a little bit and finds a minecart chest, when he walks over to it is when disc 11 starts, after taking the book out of the chest an Enderman and Warden try to communicate with him, he then looks through the book to find any information on them, then hears some wind behind him and see something in the darkness, lights up his torch to see what it is, and it was a zombie, panics and runs the opposite direction, some gravel is blocking him, he tries to break the gravel but the zombie got caught up to him and turned him into a zombie, and that's when disc 11 ends, and that's my theory on the cave sounds and disc 13 and 11 :)
I like the idea of the older allay concept art as your lore but the allay lived in the birch forest which is getting revamped and ancient builders and illagers didn't worke together in the past you don't have any proof of them working together and putting their differences aside
@@Faberistry Correct, however the commenter has a point about the evokers not working with the Ancient Builders.
