From what I've heard of Winwin he is a baritone... kpop favours tenors such as Taeil or Doyoung which for example V is not the main vocal of bts despite being the best technically. The biggest problem is that NCT already have a very competent baritone in Jaehyun who has a wide vocal range and can sing within a tenors range despite not being comfortable therefore naturally those lines that suit a 'rare' baritone in kpop goes to Jaehyun. Personally I don't think that Winwin's Korean language skills is the reason he is not getting lines but that his vocal range may not be developed enough to fit in with the main vocalists. SM works wonders with vocalists so I am hoping that as NCT 127 develops as a group the weaker vocalists will have the opportunity to show their vocals. However the little screen time that Winwin gets is absolutely ridiculous especially with his dancing skills and overall visual.
that's kind of the charm of that part though. the difference between the first and second time is what makes it more interesting and if you were to go down a couple instead it wouldn't sound as .. climactic?
