The program works differently. There are differences. Thank you very much! BC_Subtract did not appear and Parametric Model did not request to be applied where necessary. BR V20
Hi, I cannot reproduce this behaviour on my machine. Could you, please, submit a support request on our web page (the login is required) where explain in details, add a drawing and our technical support analysts will be glad to help you: www.bricsys.com/protected/support/NewSupportRequest.do
At present it is only possible to merge beam-slab connections in the generated 2D drawings on the material level. When going into the properties of a Physical Material, you will find an option ‘Union section’. This option will make sure that similar materials - touching each other in the 3D model - do not get an intersection boundary line between the two elements, thus seeming ‘merged’ in the 2D drawing, while still being 2 separate entities in the 3D model. For more information on the Physical Material properties see: help.bricsys.com/document/_guides--BIM_building_data--GD_physicalmaterials/V22/EN_US?id=165079159395

Why the center lines are deleted after converting them as structural member, if center line is kept you can add intelligent to those centre lines, after deleting the lines the intelligence is deleted
Yes, you can refer to this Help article to create your own steel profiles: help.bricsys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006890213-How-to-create-steel-structural-profiles-in-BricsCAD-Shape
Hello! The link for the complete training file set can be found in the description of this video. Unfortunately, this video is in English, but you can auto-generate the subtitles in German from the Settings button situated in the right corner of the video. Thank you!
This software will knock out Revit & AutoCAd at the same time. Excellent. ( Besides tha the teacher is beautiful ).
It wont knock Revit out. And yeah, teacher is beautiful.

when I hover over the bolt it is showing block reference(parametric) but in the video there is no parametric in the bracket
Great tutorial! Can you make a tutorial about drawings, bill of materials for steel elements (BOM) and itemisation of profiles? Thanks in advance!
Good suggestion. Thanks !
What about concrete beams and slabs? How can they are merged? Are they merged automatically?
No videos on this channel deals with concrete structure.

when i click on update in command prompt "Could not create feature for selected block."
very good and easy to understand......
Thank you for your appreciation.
It helped me a lot, thank you very much for the tutorial :)
You are most welcome !

Very Good!
Minute 51'53'' : I make the block with the bolted plate but it disappear from my model. Why ?
Hi! Can you please tell me if you have redone the whole model? Thank you!
Would it be easy to create your own steel profiles ?

This software is light years behind other standard industry programs, like Tekla or Revit... More time to improve.
Very good!
