Bhai, I did work in a Fitness center, Depending on members goals we prepared different meal plans for them. 3 meals and 2 snacks mostly worked -1hour before every meal goes Green Tea - Meal 1_Breakfast (avocado toast egg/porridge/chapati) - Snack_ any smoothie/ fruit/nuts - Meal 2_ lunch (chicken/fish/meat/shrimps with lil rice and veggies) -Snack_ fruit salad/smoothie/nuts -Meal 3_ dinner (veggies with chicken/quinoa/soup/fruit salad). -Keep hydrated -No Sugar -No Salt. -No Alcohol -No Soda -No oil -No junk foods/processed foods. Check your BMI and work on it. Ps; for better taste you can top your food with peppers and few spices, using any sauce or dressings is optional. Btw we live only once So it's fine to have one cheat day on weekends and eat your favourites And do workouts regularly.

Track the calories burned (i do it till it shows 500 calories burned) Unlike treadmill, you won't just lose fat, you will also gain muscle. Trust me on this ❤️

Bro I have seen the same interview, he eats a lot more, sea food, nut butters with gluten free bread, and so much more! You can’t sustain energy levels with this diet and he works out 4-5 hours on an off day! Sparkling water is a pro tip to keep you fill if you are hungry or are on intermittent fasting
