Dry or gravy ...doesn't matter. Bhindi should first be fried(like paneer) only then it should be cooked. That gives the best taste.

I use to cook ocassionaly at home . Types of bindi - Dry masala bindi ( use gram flour ) good with dal and rice , tomato onion bindi , deep fry bindi 🤤

Bharava bindi
Ingredients - bindi , besan , dhaniya jeera powder , laal mirch powder
Haldi powder , salt, oil and mix them well and stuff it in the bindi and then fry them in the pan and your bharva bindi is ready ❤️❤️❤️
