I was 9 years old when this song came out. The Bee Gees had hit after hit after hit. They were so huge in the late 70's. Thanks again for another insightful behind the song videos!
Would’ve never guessed you were in your 50’s Nikki……. I almost fell off the couch!!!! You look absolutely amazing! Your beautiful smile, positive energy, magnetic aura, and your truly genuine sweetness keep you looking much, much younger……51 is still very young these days. You did a really great job on this very difficult vocal….. You looked amazing as usual in the performance! I love The Bee Gees and I absolutely love you as a performer and as an all around great human being. I’ve recently have had the pleasure of watching a couple of interviews that you have done in the past, as well as watching this one tonight. I can’t get enough of your amazing talent and you are very easy on the eyes…… You’re a real beauty inside and out. And that smile and accent, as well as your genuine sweetness and the plethora of talent you possess just puts me in another world when I watch you perform……..Thank you from the bottom of my heart Nikki. Your #1 fan…… All the best, Peace and love always….❤❤❤❤😊
Oh Crafty, you brought back so many memories with this one!!! I was playing this song when it came out before I switched over to bass after hearing Little River Band come out with "Happy Anniversary Baby" and Wayne Nelson took over the bass moving forward with them, I was hooked. I met him a few years ago and told him he was the reason I became a bass player, he apologized to my wife. 🤣😂🤣
Hey Crafty, I am really enjoying your "Behind the Sounds" for my favourite YT channel, Singit Live tracks. In 1976, I was a 9 year old in school. In 2024, I really appreciate the total professionalism of the SIL family, and these insights and chats are really interesting! Thanks! This is currently my favourite Bee Gees song! ❤
Hey Crafty. I enjoy all your Behind the Scenes videos. I was 21 when this song came out. I remember going to the places to dance to all the Disco songs, especially The Bee Gees. Some of my favorite years! I think "How Deep Is Your Love", and "Fanny Be Tender" are two of my Favorites! Keep up the great work. You add a lot of the energy to Sing It Live. The whole group always looks like they are having a great time.
This one - You Should Be Dancing - is my #1 Bee Gees song. Great version guys, you did it justice. All I remember about 1976 - being a Brit - was the long hot summer. Kinda like Adelaide every summer I would imagine....
I remember them and am still an avid fan of them. What a great and talented true artists. For me, the Bee Gees , they are/were geniuses when it comes to composing songs.
No way Nikki is the same age as me. Now that means all the products and courses she offers really do work! Sign me up! Any content you produce is great Crafty. Keep em coming!
I am going to say, Nikki you grew up in some of the best years of rock and roll. I can still remembered going over to my best friend's house to watch his sister scream and pass-out when the Beatles first came to America. There were so many really good garage bands back in the days and their artists went on to make the big times. I used to hang out with the Panozzo brothers just across Michigan Ave back in Roseland. We used to watch them play all the time and never in our wildest dreams think they would make it big as "Styx". I think Crafty would really like to meet Popa Chubby one day. Popa reminds me of Uncle Fester from the Adams Family, very nice person. I am so lucky to have grown up in this time period. Times of hippies, love and music.
Great interview with Nikki! Nice job Crafty! The Bee Gee's have their early years, which I love To Love Somebody. Then you have the disco era, and You Should be Dancing is my favorite there, but Too Much Heaven is right there as well. And post disco era, I have to go with Alone.
I enjoyed this background chat about your BeeGees cover. I am an old guy in Columbus, Ohio. I feel like the best BeeGee stuff was done in the ‘60’s but my favorite from the disco era was “Jive Talkin’”
I was 10 when this song came out. Love the BEE GEEs. You all made this look like you have always been playing this song!; Too Much Heaven is my favorite of the BEE GEEs
Hey Crafty, one of my BGs favorites is Nights on Broadway. Never heard a proper cover of it either. Really appreciate the work you are doing with Sing It Live.
You guys make everything look effortless - including such interesting and funny Behind the Sound videos! I'd put "I Started A Joke" on the top of my list, but there's nothing like Night Fever to get a body in motion!
Maybe because I am older, I love the early Bee Gees such as To Love Somebody, and I Gotta Get A Message To You, but I think Nikki really nails the disco era Bee Gees. On top of the great vocals, the standout for this one is the bass, sounded almost like a continuous bass solo! Plus the congas really gave it a great vibe. Keep up the interviews Crafty. Love hearing from all the musicians.
Hi crafty, this song was really enjoyable but more so because of how much you were enjoying it and moving and a grooving throughout the whole thing. I was 16 when this came out.
These BTS vid's r wonderful CRAFTY & fun. You get your MISSION from Darren ' Top Secret' Heehee 😆 I have a deeper respect 4 the BEE GEES after revisiting their MUSIC. For me WORLD just gets me in the feels 🥹 💔 I lived DISCO & wouldn't have wanted to miss it 4 the World. You YOUNGIN's 😂 covered this SO WELL. Here's the thing oftentimes Darren gives u a song unfamiliar to u but u do your Homework - Show up @ the Studio & work it out. Ty Crafty & Sil x
Best Bee Gees song? "How Deep is Your Love" will take some beating. I'm also very fond of "Emotion" which they did with Samantha Sang (aka Cheryl Gray) which Chloe covered just recently. What a catalogue. Barry, Robin and Maurice - and now Nikki.
My favourite Bee Gees album is 'Mr Natural' (1974). Picking my favourite song is like choosing a favourite child but I'd have to say it's a dead heat between 'Heavy Breathing' and 'Dogs' from that album.
Disco. Yeah. I agree with your choice Crafty for a fast song and How Deep is your love. For a slow. You’ll make all music sound great Such pros big respect for how you have all honed your craft Crafty🙏🏻✨Thanks. It looks Effortless. Thanks for the good advice. I run Café Artiste the listening room for original music I showcase songwriters weekly live in a special space and I live stream them on Facebook not TH-cam. Have to look into how to do TH-cam next. You tech guys are so amazing 🙏🏻🎶
Love this song -- imagine singing with your roller blades on! A year out of high school & embracing 1st year of college away from home 😉.... volunteering, working full-time, so much tomfoolery in the late 70's. "Yeah, we should all be dancing" Insert disco ball image ... but we need Mario's sticks & Damien holding the bass line to keep us together! Thanks again to the ringleader, @Darren Mullen @ProducerNerd
So Nikki was born the same year as Julio Iglesias, Heidi Klum and Tyra Banks, a pretty good looking bunch. Favourites - Islands in the stream, Too much heaven and How deep is your love.
OK first of all the math is all wrong because no way Nikki was 3 when this came out.. had to be -10 or -15 at least. For favorite Bee Gees song... that would have to be "yes, all of them". But... Words; To Love Somebody; Tragedy; Night Fever; I Started a Joke; How Deep is Your Love; Love So Right; just to name a few of them.
I was 9 years old when this song came out. The Bee Gees had hit after hit after hit. They were so huge in the late 70's. Thanks again for another insightful behind the song videos!

How Deep Is Your Love is my #1 BeeGees fave song.
I was 16 years old and love the song then and still listen to it 😊❤

You all were so tight in that performance! Such a blast to watch, thanks for letting us peak behind the curtain a bit!!

In ‘76 I was in my 4th year of teaching/coaching at a inner city school ! Nikki is The Best!!
The Bee Gees were amazing in the 70s all the songs were brilliant, but for me, how deep is your Love
I enjoyed this background chat about your BeeGees cover. I am an old guy in Columbus, Ohio. I feel like the best BeeGee stuff was done in the ‘60’s but my favorite from the disco era was “Jive Talkin’”
Did you ever go to York Steakhouse?
Really appreciate these behind the scenes of the videos…get to know the artists and how song video produced 👍👍
I was in my late teens working in the largest disco in Orlando FL at the time.
Seen the Bee Gees back in Canada in the late seventies
I was 10 when this song came out. Love the BEE GEEs. You all made this look like you have always been playing this song!; Too Much Heaven is my favorite of the BEE GEEs

#1 song for me is Tragedy. ( vocals are amazing)
My favorite Bee Gees song would have to be "How Deep Is You Love" due to the great harmonies.
Disco have some of the most beautiful sounds arrangements singers harmonies melodies musicians gtooves of the music world .
Hi crafty, this song was really enjoyable but more so because of how much you were enjoying it and moving and a grooving throughout the whole thing. I was 16 when this came out.

I think it’s gotta be How Deep Is Your Love for me!
So many great ones - "More than a woman" - "Emotion" and "How deep is your love" have some amazing lyrics -🙏
My favourite Bee Gees album is 'Mr Natural' (1974). Picking my favourite song is like choosing a favourite child but I'd have to say it's a dead heat between 'Heavy Breathing' and 'Dogs' from that album.
1976, I was dating my wife, we danced at the clubs. got married 1977, still together. Such a great time to be young.
I love seeing you cover the Bee Gees. Also on my ipod is Kiss from the 80s (without make up) and the song Heaven's On Fire.
Disco. Yeah. I agree with your choice Crafty for a fast song and How Deep is your love. For a slow.

So Nikki was born the same year as Julio Iglesias, Heidi Klum and Tyra Banks, a pretty good looking bunch.
Favourites - Islands in the stream, Too much heaven and How deep is your love.
Probably 'Staying Alive', but I also like 'You Win Again" which was late 80's I think.
Favorite Bee Gees song - How Deep Is Your Love?
Nights on Broadway
I thought the solo interplay was the highlight of the performance (Amatuer guitar player so maybe I'm biased)
"Wherever you are" by Andy Gibb. I strongly believe you can work on this very well.
