Bro first of all,once u got an electronic from any showroom they won't do services. U hv to take it to appropriate service centre. Don't support reliance as they don't give best pricing and staff attitude is bad they behave like govt staff. And don't buy Chinese brand tv. They are terribly bad quality

I prefer to electronics from online aggregators and local stores like Vasanth and co, Darling, Poorvika, The Chennai mobiles, their response to the customers would be much better than Reliance digital, E zone and other corporates

For also same incident happened I buyed a 35 thousand laptop before 2 year in reliance digital that laptop got hanged from first day we take back that laptop to them there response is very horrible no one respond that sales representative told to us to complain in Lenovo service centre went back to there work not even standing and talking

Everyone going for online or Big showroom not supporting small buisness people who sale genuine products. As a seller i am also facing issues , we dont know coustomer is changing the product or delivery person is changing the products. Ethier way we are facing issues. Received product have manufacturing defect, when i asked seller. Simply asking me to visit service centre. I have no option i went service centre, more than 2 weeks later i received a another kit. Later i lost interest with MI products

En na neenga use panna cable chinese cable which come in copy products like airpods copy which the shoppers sell for damn cheap price.
