Hi there. I’ve got a NibeF1145 heat pump. Same display etc as yours. I’ve just moved onto Agile today (10/11/20).
I’m keen to make use of the heat
Pumps features as you’ve done in this video. How’s it working out? Any updates/findings/advice?

It's working fine to be honest. As you'll see from the description I actually reduced the heat curve by -5 from 5pm (my batteries easily cover the first hour) to 7:30pm in the end (thankfully it auto updates the time when the clocks change despite not being connected to the Internet). We've not noticed any reduction in temperature of the house or hot water 👍 It's also not coming on during that period too, so a reduction of -5 seems to be OK so far.
Welcome to the world of cheap, low carbon, electric!!

@@OlyLowe cheers for the reply. I’m tempted to leave things as they are for a month, just to get a base line for rough cost then make changes, just so I’ve got something to compare against. Fingers crossed we’ll save a penny or two. Shame Nibe’s smart price function doesn’t work in the UK!

I'm not sure that's the best way. I've got the F2040 ASHP. In the software you can set blocked periods, you can also connect to Uplink and control by reaction to tariff. But using schedule like you are you might consider boosting the target house and water temp ahead of that period (especially if you have solar panels) so you lower the demand in the 4 to 7 period. I'm investigating similar tarriffs but cooking use of electricity in that time period is a problem for me.
Hope it works out for you.

The way in the video is the way my installer recommended to do it. It sounds like you may have a different OS. It's working well thanks. No need to boost even with panels. We too are cooking on electric too, but installed batteries this year so it's not a problem 👍

@@OlyLowe just watch in winter, by simply knocking down the set point you could get caught if the degree minutes are already negative at 3.30 with the pump still kicking in before 7.30. That's why a boost before helps. I did find an app today that can apparently do all this for you with link to Agile. I think UK grid just catching up, when I installed mine 6 years ago the manual referenced the German system that was already in operation to remotely trigger in response to capacity.

How do you enable it to react to tariff? I am in the process of switching to Agile, but have been told by Nibe that "Smart Price Adaption" isn't activated for the UK market. Would love any tips on how to connect it to the changing tariff. Cheers.
