Let’s all appreciate how much effort @TheJackedVegan puts into high quality TH-cam content! Absolutely crazy lately, this video was 10/10! Keep it up bro ♥️
VIKTOR deserve respect....I bought his planche program year ago and everything he explained in this interview is writen in the ebook...Free advices...Respect for this beast!!
Ok ok 1 hour??? Did not expect this fr. I understand why you wanted so much information from us now. This interviews got some serious value on it, keep up the work
I agree with Victor. The dream machine pulley system is used in gymnastics gyms. I used it to accomplish many skills and to avoid injury. Im 54 yrs old and was able to planche in a reasonably good time frame.
I used resistance bands and suspension straps to help develop full body tension. Learnt this from a gymnast. It really helped my progress and directly correlated to my speedy development in terms of mental strength and full body tension
It is not one or the other, it is both genetics and hard work. I needed to hear this. Good question and good answer. I'm thinking I probably knew this. Hearing it from a Viktor, solidifies this for me. Fantastic video. Thank you.
Great interwiev, so many important concepts were brought in💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 respect to both, most of these things are never said, on the internet we always see people doing crazy stuff and everybody wants to do that, but this is the reality of this sport!🤝🏻
I watch the questions and i m so hype, i love what your Chanel become, its more and more about quality, your questions are very interesting and not many think about it. Love it !
Thanks for this video man I learned a lot! I’ve currently been stuck on tuck planche for a few months now but have now been more consistent with the training and researching more, I have been working more on my leans and straight arm strength. I have trouble bringing my hips and legs up off the ground without my knees going in front of my elbows, I can’t seem to bring them back and up into a proper tuck planche or even advanced tuck planche. I doubt it’s my core strength because I can L-sit for 30 seconds and have done a 6 minute plank before. I am working on developing the core strength for Dragon flags and V-sit so I obviously have a long ways to go in order to be able to front lever or other advanced movements involving the core. I also should have the basic strength to do the movement because I can do 70lb weighted pull up, 20 pull ups, at least 50 push ups and 30 chest dips. I feel like I should be able to do at least a good form advanced tuck planche by now but I can’t seem to get my hips up, is it because i’m not leaning far enough? I have been focusing more on my planche leans to increase my wrist and straight arm strength, but when I try to go into a deep planche lean and try to lift my legs up into a tuck planche my knees fly forward no matter how hard I try to raise my hips. It’s making me frustrated so any advice would help, thanks!
I was stuck on the exact same problem for months too. What helped me get the advance tuck was doing : • attempts • pumps • band assist advanced tuck • advanced tuck leans Also when trying to learn the advance tuck at first your legs won’t be out perfectly in the position just record yourself and try to make little bits of progress every week until your legs are in the proper position I was unable to jump from tuck to a perfect advance tuck it takes small improvements over time ! You could also try weighted tuck planche if nothing else works, I hope this helps man good luck !!!
Try using band assisted adv tuck planche. Getting yourself familiar with the movement is important if strength is not blocking you. It could be the coordination.
its good for your channel business jake when you get these kinds of guys on it you are headed in the right direction bro hopefully your channel will be big one day, even if it takes years
Thanks so much for the interview! Love the content, format, and effort you put into there, super helpful! Are you planning on making them available on Spotify at some point? thanks!
Really leveling things up, my man. What do you use for your editing? I'd like to bring the artistic gymnastics aspect of bodyweight training to the TH-cam scene. There isn't enough yet.
On the topic of straight vs hollow planche shouldn't winged scapula be mentioned? I think the people that have a straight planche that wing their scapula, it's potentially damaging, no?
Unless incredibly disadvantaged limb length it’ll definitely be achievable but like Viktor said it just takes slightly more time, consistency and correct programming for taller athletes
Let's go! 🔥🔥🔥
This is one of the best calisthenics TH-cam channel💪🏻🔥
I appreciate you, that’s a biggg complement

Hey man, I use Final Cut Pro at the moment. There is definitely a gap for content like that!
Quality content
On the topic of straight vs hollow planche shouldn't winged scapula be mentioned? I think the people that have a straight planche that wing their scapula, it's potentially damaging, no?
What I'm most curious about is, how tall are all these athletes. I ask because I'm 185cm/6'1" 84kg/185lbs how obtainable is it to get the planche
Same height and weight here and it took me a year just to achieve an adv tuck planche ...no giving up tho
Viktor is 170/70kg
Unless incredibly disadvantaged limb length it’ll definitely be achievable but like Viktor said it just takes slightly more time, consistency and correct programming for taller athletes
Can you do 21 reasons why you cant one arm pull up please?
Hopefully soon bro, I know a lot of people would like this video
Next one is with Andrea Larosa? 🤨
spam him to get on the channel hahah
bruh, is being short nowdays is secret approach?
Midgets can learn the planche very quickly.
I’m pretty short got 10 sec tuck planche in a week
