- Surprising no one, Greg is out as the manager of the US men's national team. US Soccer now begins its process to acquire a new manager who can rally the team to a high level performance for the 2026 World Cup on home soil. While many managers are being speculated, and a few approached, it seems more likely that the Americans will be led by a less than ideal candidate in the next few months.

I agree with your take on the media seems like the only time we get main stream coverage is for bad news on the men’s side although we’ve only given them bad news to report on…I do disagree with your cowherd take and think it lacks context..cowherd has repeatedly been hostile to die hard US fans since pre 22 World Cup for their dislike of Berhalter so when US fans return fire he comes back with “you’re not being welcoming”? I think soccer fans are pretty welcoming if you just make an effort to learn but cowherds whole schtick is he’s a know it all.
