Great value for $42. MODOK I got for $35 after sale. Makes me wonder if this will be plentiful to go down in cost. Maybe…definitely overall looks better than Toybiz. It’s still nostalgic for me. Gross character for sure.
Yeah I’d think this guy is a lesser known character than MODOK so I’d assume it’ll be less

It’s a cool fig, but I think I prefer the toy biz style of this figure, because it was a grittier representation of the character, that I felt fit him better
The toybiz figure has a lot more care put into it in terms of sculpt and paint. The body feels rugged and is painted all gross and greasy, there’s a ton of character to it. Here he looks fine but it’s very toy like, which is why I’ll stick to the Toybiz one
Toybiz Mojo was awesome for it's time. but it's a bit smaller relative to the 6 inch scaled figures. But the paint apps details are really superior by TOybiz.
In general toybiz figures had better more unique sculpts, more paints apps and shading, and better accessories. But most are outdated in terms of articulation.
For the decent price I can forgive the fewer paint apps. Looks awesome. Glad he got an individual release.
Came here cause I’m debating between mojo by himself or that 4 pack and honestly I think this mojo figure alone is good enough for me. Yeah it has different paint apps but hey this one is dope, great review brother!!

I couldn’t cancel the deluxe one fast enough. I’ll take my chances and find this one now in stores. Hasbro is getting greedy and really pissing me off lately.

Correction : Modok is now under 35 dollars. Hasbro Exclusives paints are different....that I prefer cause brighter means it can pop out more on shelves as far appearance while the pale ones need light in order to achieve that result. Its an Exclusive for a good reason.

Looking forward to painting this one myself. The Pulse exclusive is still just rendered images, so who knows what the paint differences will be.

it looks like the 90s toybiz mojo figure. the pulse version looks more like the 90s cartoon appearance.
So weird mojo with all those joints for 42$, but iron spider for 32$ and way less joints and plastic. Not complaining just confused
The ToyBiz figure is much better at sculpting, that monstrous face and big body puts the sculpting work done by Hasbro to shame.

While this is a very out of left field release I guess it's nice to have available, not impressed with this Mojo however, the box set version looks far superior, although if this guy were to ever fall into my grasp he's definitely getting a paint job.

Toy biz blows it away it's just that the Hasbro mojo is much larger which a lot of people will find more appealing
It seems like the pulse exclusive pack moved a LOT slower than expected, so Hasbro’s thinking, “unload the surplus stock in retail. We’ll dump the extra Longshots and Dazzlers on retro cards later.” 🤔

Imagine if they were still making marvel figures, 20 years above what we have now. It's ONLY because hasbro had too many complaints and time that they slowly improved. Toy biz excels. Rip toybiz.

The box set is definitely looking better so I’ll be sticking to that one and don’t have the Toybiz because I wasn’t collecting at that time.
The 4 pack MOJO, just has a small amount of paint for the liver spots, l don't think that will be worth the extra money. But Longshot on the secondary market will be a crazy price. See if the pack goes on clearance.
So the Longshot and baby Wolvie are the exclusives in the boxset? Don't know if Longshot will be released as a single as well.
The vital question is, which one of the two is the correct scale?

The Exclusive from Hasbro Pulse looks like it has a better paint job.
I've got the Toybiz Mojo and Longshot (and multiple Hasbro Dazzlers lol) so that box set was gonna be a super easy pass for me.... But a new Mojo for just $40? Might have to get this one. Hopefully they'll do a single release Longshot in the future, but he's not exactly my favorite character, so the ToyBiz one is fine XD
Hasbro may use some of the pieces for a Cameron Hodge figure. That may justify the sculpt that no one will see on this figure
I can't believe they're charging $30 for that chibi wolverine and re used body Dazzler. Dazzler has two other legends figures and they the new one isn't even pin less.

Compared to Toybiz version the new one looks like unpainted, lesser sculpted unfinished trash, whats the point of lots of articulation if there is almost no range!
I think that the hasbro pulse prices are more and I hear the over seas market is going to have to go through pulse from now on so maybe retail is less than pulse. But idk why the animated line is $28 on pulse but shop Disney is $27 but Jean grey is $29. So who knows. Since your the hasbro shill you should ask them LOL jk I like that you throw that in LOL

The lack of paint does make a huge difference and really could explain the price difference. The labor for paint apps is one of the biggest costs for each figure.

I'm not. I doubt they planned on this being out before the 3 pack shipped. They same thing happened with their Lightning Collection Pudgy Pig last year. They made the figure a Pulse Con Exclusive at double the price of a regular deluxe monster figure. Then there was a delay in preorders shipping and a mass retail release of the exact same figure got out without Hasbro announcing it. Tons of people canceled their Pulse Con pre-order. This is the same situation. The box set is way over priced, but HAsbro knows people want Mojo. They probably planned to have this be shown after pre-ordered shipped, but something happened and this figure got out early. They never learn.

This release is a take on the 5" Toybiz version and the SDCC is a take on the BAF. Both annihilate their Toybiz inspirations, now we need a deluxe Spiral and an X-Babies 3 pack.

You should wash all your figures any way, you don't know if the worker at the factory took a shit and didn't wash their hands before going back to work. . So we my have to heat it up to get it to fit right, no problem. It dosn't suck cause of the less paint apps. Quit trying to up sale us Shill.

Dang, Mojo looks okay while looking disgusting lol, I may not get him because he is not one of my favorite X-MEN villains, But to me, Since this disgusting X-MEN villain is definitely part of the 80's X-MEN era, I will only get the Bonebreaker BAF wave classic Havok and Vintage collection 80's Dazzler, Fantastic review on this $41.99 deluxe figure MCUcollector24.
