Looks like this Amber contains Dino DNA 🧐 Love the graphic style of games from this era - so effective with their polys. Never got to play this myself, my teeny brain wouldn't have been able to handle it when it came out though that's for sure 😂 thanks for being the reason I'm finally being introduced to this game 😁

Perfect Halloween entertainment :D You reminded me about my times of playing DC 3 long ago, it was the only game of that "static screen" survival horror type which I ever played and at first was super scary and later I was speedrunning it for some in game trophies haha. (Commenting partway through the video.) You mention this game being particularly difficult, and it really does look it! I was thinking about this the other day (in response to seeing an earlier part of the video, I think), and _Dino Crisis_ is basically _Resident Evil_ ... ... Except that, instead of slow, lumbering zombies, the enemies are fast, agile, aggressive dinosaurs that hit (bite?) like trucks. o_o; I will say: For the day, the game has some impressive animations! That one in particular in which the raptor catches the protagonist by the arm and flails her about is rather good--especially as it (presumably) involves two separate models being animated! Also, speaking for myself, this video's costume must be the best one yet: Not a technically impressive as some of the others (and wow were some of those good!)--but it makes up for that in two ways: 1) Being a dinosaur and 2) Being ridiculously cute. ^_^

Oh I feel you regarding the dinosaur chase dreams, I still get them too and I’m fairly certain it stems from the old crash bandicoot games with the chase levels and that one section from the Peter Jackson King Kong game 👀
the other endings you get: 1. you follow gail to capture kirk which they talk the main mission wasn't to capture kirk but getting a disc about 3rd energy in order to weaponize it and kirk if captured is a bonus and gail gives you the disc which he hid the truth about their mission from regina and rick and dies from blood lose and kirk makes fun of gail but regina punches him in the face so regina,rick, and kirk survives but gail dies and she gives the disc to the government 2. regina goes through one of the many level A doors and finds a hidden helicopter depending on the choice you make you will find kirk there and contact the others that you found a helicopter and captured kirk or you go to gail and kirk and tell them there is a helicopter near them so gail doesn't have to walk all the way to the hovercraft so in the end all 4 of them escapes in a helicopter cause rick tells regina in both choices that the t rex wrecked the hovercraft

That wasn’t the ending I had. When I played it way back on PS1, the final boss battle was the T-Rex chasing the boat in the water as it’s escaping the island with my character shooting at it from, IIRC, the roof of the boat. No doubt Amber’s decisions gave her the different ending
