Bromley-by-Bow - Every Tube Station Rated 168/272

sometimes no matter how good a station is, coming out of it can feel pretty foreboding. and so it is with Bromley-by-Bow, which faces six lanes of speeding traffic.
Luckily the station itself isn't that great either, removing much of the issue with wanting to go outside of it! hooray!

I used to work over the road. Useless fact - Walford East on the Eastenders tube map replaces Bromley-by-Bow. Danny Dyer was there once doing announcements lol

Try both stations at Catford. Catford Bridge and Catford. Both are bad in their own unique way, ok Catford is marginally worse. I’m aware they aren’t tube stations but where can you find 2 non-TfL within ~ 100 metres of each other.

I think the worst placement is Hainault. Under a bridge right by a main road so it isn’t very attractive or even close to that. Nearby Grange Hill is definitely a better station entryway.

Hornchurch is so terribly placed, there is an overground station in emerson park that is easier to get to from hornchurch town centre
