I wedged a small flathead screwdriver and popped the seal. Used a set of plyers and twist/pulled it completely out with little force. I popped mine out in under a minute 👍🏽

Do you have a link to the grabber screw? I can only find 3 1/2” ones and they don’t look long enough.
