- How To Use AuraFlow And AuraSR In ComfyUI?
In today's video, we are thrilled to introduce you to the latest open-source AI model, AuraFlow v0.1, for text-to-image generation. This breakthrough model is here to revolutionize the way we generate images from text prompts. Trust us, you don't want to miss this!
In this video, we dive deep into the technical details of AuraFlow v0.1. We discuss its unique features, such as MFU optimization, zero-shot learning rate transfer, re-captioned dataset, and optimal architecture. We also share the remarkable performance metrics achieved during its training.
To get your hands on AuraFlow, we guide you through the process of accessing the model weights from HuggingFace and integrating them into the ComfyUI workflow. We demonstrate how to download the model files, update ComfyUI, and run AuraFlow using text prompts. You'll witness the impressive image generation capabilities of AuraFlow, following complex instructions with stunning results.
But that's not all! We also introduce you to Aura SR, another powerful tool by FaL AI. Aura SR is an upscaler designed to enhance the resolution and clarity of images, particularly JPEG files. We show you how to download and install the Aura SR custom nodes in ComfyUI, and we demonstrate its effectiveness by upscaling old, low-resolution images and eliminating JPEG artifacts.
Throughout the video, we showcase side-by-side comparisons of images before and after using AuraFlow and Aura SR, highlighting the significant improvements in image quality and detail.
So, if you're ready to explore the cutting-edge world of text-to-image generation and image upscaling, don't hesitate to hit that play button and join us on this exciting journey. Make sure to like this video, subscribe to our channel, and turn on the notification bell, so you never miss an update.

I have watched a few of your videos and they are really informative. Especially when you talk in detail and share the technicals too.
Keep up the good work and Thank you for teaching.
Glad you like them!
Thank you for a very informative video. Really taking it step by step, easy to follow.
open source never end! 💪💪💪
Pony Diffusion model creator said their latest version (V7) is planned to be based upon AuraFlow. This is about to blow up. Flux will have some competition with this.
Since ComfyUI branch out from SD , and adding more alternative AI image models in there! 🌟
interesting
I'm running ComfyUI on Runpod, and for some reason, I am not able to open the checkpoints folder using Jupyter in order to put the aura_glow_0.1.safetensors file in there.
Any ideas? All the other folders within /ComfyUI/models/ I can open and run terminal, just nor the checkpoints folder.
Appreciate the video and any assistance.
For image generation do you need the config ,tokenizer, scheduler, text encoder files as well? Or just model.safetensors to put in the checkpoint directory?
Yes need those file, as it listed in Github page
@@TheFutureThinker Cool. I got it working just with the model file, so maybe comfyui handles some of the requirements? Do you know which directories in ComfyUI/models to put the other files?
You didn't use translator at 5:00, so you can read Chinese? amazing
Study few languages before, you can type Chinese here. Welcome to do so.😉
how much vram does it takes to run It?
@felipe21994 I ran it very slowly on 8g but normally on a new 16 g
can 12gb vram run this model?
Yes
The example pictures are pretty meh. Is it worth the hefty download? How much VRAM does it need to work properly?
I would suggest wait for mature version if you want to use it for image gen.
About 10gb for txt2img and upscale
@@TheFutureThinker Alright, thanks dude 🙂
16.4 GB file - yikes!
16gb? Nope.
24GB 😎
